Any High School student of good character, warm personality and above average academic performance. Candidates should be adaptable and flexible, well mannered, and want to learn about other countries and cultures. Children of Rotarians and non- Rotarians are equally eligible, and must be 15 ½ and cannot be older than 18 ½ on July 31 of the year of departure.
