1. Contact your local Rotary Club or one of the people listed on the Committee page for details.

You can also download a copy of the application for the year long exchange here. You will still need to call and ask for the appropriate address to send you application to (this varies depending on where you live).

2. Your District Chairman will contact you and provide you with details, an application and answer any questions you might have.

3. You will be contacted by a Rotarian in your home area and he/she will interview you and your family.

4. You will then be interviewed by the Rotary District Committee, which will accept you and coordinate your application with one of the countries where you are interested in spending your year.

5. A Rotary travel representative will contact you and will make arrangements for travel, visas and other things you must do.

6. Your local Rotary district will arrange for orientation sessions for you and your family.

7. If you are successful your departure date will depend on which country you will have been selected to go to.
